COVID-19 Impacts in the US

Project Summary

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a wide range of societal impacts. Our interdisciplinary team is conducting research on two related topics -- (1) how governments have responded to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 through policies that seek to modify behavior and limit person-to-person transmission (2) how food security of US households has changed as a result of economic and other hardships caused by the pandemic, either directly or indirectly.

COVID Mitigation Efforts

Governments across the world have implemented policies to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. We are developing a one-of-a-kind database of mitigation measures implemented in the U.S. at the state, county and city level.
